SMEs registered and active in the KOSGEB Database with a current Business Declaration, operating as a real or legal entity as defined under the Turkish Commercial Code; and meeting at least one of: fast-growing firms in medium-high/high technology sectors with rising exports for three consecutive years, fast-growing firms with rising exports and R&D spending for three consecutive years, medium-sized high-technology firms on the priority product list of the Technology-Oriented Industry Move Program, or firms covered by the Turcorn 100 Program.
