On 3 October 2026, Castintech reached OpenAI Select Partner status within the OpenAI Partner Network. The OpenAI Partner Network is a global program for partners to build, sell and deliver AI solutions with OpenAI.
We continue our work to build, deploy and scale AI solutions for businesses as part of this program.
Where our AI work sits
We treat AI as a working part of how a business runs day to day, not as a stand-alone product. Our work sits in four areas:
- CRM and sales follow-up: Recording each incoming enquiry, qualifying it, giving it an owner and following it through to the sale. More: Sales follow-up and tracking.
- E-commerce: When we set up and run a store, we agree as part of the scope which repetitive tasks AI can help with. More: Online store setup.
- Customer communication: The AI Sales Assistant records every message coming in from digital channels and drafts a reply; someone on your team approves every reply that goes out. More: Customer response.
- Workflow automation: We work out which tasks are worth automating, lay out a prioritised plan and carry out the first step. More: AI and process automation advisory.

What this status means, and what it does not
OpenAI Select Partner is the name of our partner tier in the OpenAI Partner Network. Castintech is an independent company: this status does not mean that OpenAI has reviewed, approved or recommended our products and services. We agree the scope and responsibility of each piece of work with the customer separately, in writing.
