    We document your site's current state, access and any backlog, and share it in writing.

  2. Scope and priorities

    We agree what the monthly scope covers, urgency levels and how to reach us.

  3. Routine maintenance

    Updates, backups, monitoring and content changes are carried out as agreed.

  4. Summary

    At the end of each period we report what was done and which issues were closed.

What we need from you

  • The necessary level of access to hosting, domain and admin panel
  • Advance notice if anyone else will be working on the site
  • Sending content change requests through the agreed channel

Scope and limits

  • New sections, new features or redesigns aren't part of the monthly scope and are planned separately
  • Hosting provider outages are outside our control, though we chase them on your behalf
  • No uptime or turnaround commitment applies unless agreed in writing at the start
  • Domain and hosting always stay in your name

This is an ongoing monthly service. The monthly scope, urgency levels and how to reach us are agreed in writing at the start. If you decide to stop, the site, backups and access are handed back to you with handover notes.

Will you maintain a site you didn't build?

Yes. We start with a takeover and inventory to document the site's current state, and share any backlog and the order we'd tackle it in writing.

How quickly do you respond?

How we respond and the urgency levels are agreed in writing at the start. A site that's down isn't handled in the same queue as a text change.

Are content updates included?

Text, image and page-level updates are part of the monthly scope. New sections, features or redesigns are planned separately.

What happens if I want to stop?
