    We prepare the content and send it to the agreed person for approval before anything goes live.

  4. Publishing and summary

    We publish approved posts and summarise what went out at the end of each period.

What we need from you

  • Admin access to the accounts
  • Product, premises and team photos, plus current news
  • Timely approval or edits on drafts
  • Advance notice of campaigns, events and new products

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise follower counts, engagement or sales
  • We don't buy followers or use similar shortcuts
  • Paid ads are not included; ad management is a separate service
  • Nothing is posted without sign-off from you or the person you nominate

How it is priced and run

This is an ongoing monthly service. The number of channels, content types and posting frequency are agreed at the start, and the fee is set in writing on that basis. Spend on social ads is not included.

Frequently asked questions

How many posts do I get each month?

There's no fixed number. We agree the posting frequency at the start, based on the channels and content types you need.

Do I see posts before they go live?

Yes. We agree the approval process and who signs off, and posts are published only after that approval.

Do you reply to comments and messages too?

Who replies to comments and messages, and during which hours, is agreed with you at the start. Handling and following up enquiries is covered by our customer response service.

Do you run ads as well?

Ad management is a separate service. When both run together, your ads and your profile share the same look and voice.

How to request an offer

The fee is set out in a written offer once the scope is clear. An offer request is not an order; it creates no payment or commitment.
