You can write to us to ask a question or to be told when sales open; writing to us does not create an order, a reservation or a delivery commitment.
What we do
Your site is set up, hosted, updated and monitored by Castintech. We manage the technical infrastructure; you are not given a separate hosting control panel. This is a managed service, not the sale of a hosting account.
Plans
The difference between plans is the work done, not dedicated hardware: update frequency, depth of security review and support priority. Your site’s resources are managed within the provider plan.

Amounts are per year and exclude VAT. Payment is taken in TRY; the TRY amount is calculated with the CBRT foreign-exchange selling rate and VAT at the time of payment and shown before you pay.
How setup works: Setup is completed within 3 business days at most. Your domain registration request is forwarded to the registrar within 1 business day(s); our usual target is 3 business days — this depends on the registry and is not committed by us. The period starts once payment, the required information and operational approval are complete. If you chose to start after the withdrawal period, it starts once the 14-day waiting period has ended. The period pauses whenever we are waiting on information from you.
Your domain
The domain is a separate item added to your order. You can proceed in one of these ways:
- I have a domain and will point it Setup completes once the domain is ready.
- I will decide on a domain later Setup starts right away; your site is prepared on a temporary address.

Turkish extensions such as .com.tr require a document process; the timing depends on the registry and is not committed by us.
What you should know
- Your site is set up, hosted, updated and monitored by Castintech.
- A hosting provider is used for the infrastructure; your agreement is with Castintech.
- You are not given a separate hosting control panel; Castintech handles the technical management.
- Resources are managed within the provider plan; no per-site dedicated resource is promised.
- When the service ends you can export your files and database.
- Renewal takes effect after the payment is completed.
- No automatic charge is made to your card; you are reminded when renewal is due.
- The first-year and renewal prices are shown separately. Plan renewal is the same as the first-year price.
- Domain renewal is charged separately.
- Support covers setup, updates and access issues; content production and custom development are separate.
- Illegal content, malware and bulk unsolicited email are outside the scope of the service.
